1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

3. Cookies
mr_session: keeps you signed in, for 30 days. Needed for the service.mr_src: where your first visit came from (see above), for 30 days, set by us only.- No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts.
4. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, queues, sign-in emails, Turnstile (the check that you are a person, on sign-in and some free tools) and Workers AI (for the AI template maker: your description is sent to the model).
- Stripe: payments. Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number.
5. The free tools
- The SVG converter, chart maker, OG image, quote card and thumbnail makers run in your browser. Your files and pictures are not sent to us.
- The certificate, badge and ticket makers send your CSV rows to our server to make the PDFs. We do not store the rows or the PDFs.
- The social preview check fetches the page address you give.
6. AI assistants (MCP)
When you connect an AI assistant, we store the connection (the app's name and when it was last used) so you can see and end it under Account, Apps. The assistant's own provider handles your conversation under its own policy.
7. Your rights
You can delete your account yourself in the editor: Account, "Delete my account". Your email and sign-in go at once; the workspaces where you are the only member, with their templates, uploads and files, are deleted within 2 days. Stripe keeps the invoices of a paid plan for as long as tax law requires. You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account: write to support@mintrender.com. 8. Changes
We change this policy when the service changes, and tell you by email when a change matters.
